Wild Seed has been created by Rachel and Lisa, friends of over twenty years who share a passion for timeless quality fabrics and a love of the UK coastline and countryside.

Lisa lives in North Yorkshire and looks for inspiration around the shores and sandy bays of the North Yorkshire coastline. She has a natural artistic flair and an eye for creating therapeutic designs that bring a touch of serenity into the home.
In 2005 Rachel re-located to her coastal home on the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides the home of Harris Tweed. Rachel has a gift for design and draws her inspiration for Wild Seed from the rugged beauty of the island and the ever changing natural environment.

We design and hand make all of our products here in the UK using locally sourced Harris Tweed which supports the long held traditions of the industrial heritage of the Outer Hebrides. We also work with other quality fabrics including Liberty of London cottons. The combination of Hebridean Harris Tweed and vintage style print fabrics produce a beautiful contrast of natural materials which reflect country and coastal lifestyles.
We have combined our crafting and artistic skills to design unique and individual home accessories and art work to promote wellbeing by bringing a sense of the natural elements into the home environment. Thank you for taking the time to browse our website.
