Description and Availability of Goods

• All items are subject to availability.

• All measurements quoted are approximate.

• Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that descriptions, photographs and dimensions of products are portrayed correctly, due to the slight variations in the natural weave of some of our fabrics, lighting conditions at the time of photographing products and the limitations of some browsers and monitors, the products may differ very slightly from the picture shown.

• As our items are hand made (not mass produced) there may be some slight natural variations of our products.

• We will inform you as soon as possible if any items you have ordered are not available.  We will be happy to offer alternative options or refund your payment in full.

Orders and Payment

• Online Store - orders and payment can be made using our secure online store.  Payment can be made using most major credit/debit cards and is handled through PayPal which is fast and secure.  After you have made your selection please click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details to complete your order.  You will then receive a receipt for your payment.  Please ensure you keep a copy of the receipt for your records. 
  

• You can pay for your order through PayPal even if you do not already have a PayPal account.

• By Post - We also accept cheques and postal orders as payment.  Cheques and postal orders must be crossed, made payable to 'Wild Seed' and sent with confirmation of your order requirements along with your name and address to Wild Seed Gifts 6 Friar's Walk, Muncastergate, York YO31 9AE.  You will be sent a receipt with your selected purchase.  Please be advised that items paid for by cheque will not be dispatched until the payment has cleared.

Pricing

• All prices quoted are in British Pounds Sterling.

• Prices quoted on our website DO NOT include delivery and handling charges.

• The TOTAL cost of your order is the price of the products ordered and the delivery and handling charge (where applicable).

• We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.  However we will not alter prices once an order has been accepted.

Delivery

• As all of our products are handmade and made to order we have a delivery period of up to 28 days. However, we will make every attempt to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Please contact us if you have a specific, reasonable date in mind and we will try to meet your request. 

Delivery Charges

• Your item(s) will be delivered by Royal Mail or courier.

• For delivery within the UK we have a set handling fee of £2.95.  This fee includes postage and is added when you proceed to pay through PayPal.  For orders over £100.00 handling and postage is free.

• Deliveries will have to be signed for unless requested by the customer by e-mail for an unsigned delivery.

• We welcome Worldwide orders.  For orders from Europe there is an additional handling fee of £4.95. All orders from other destinations outside of the UK, the additional handling fee is £6.95. 

• We will not be liable for any other charges i.e. local import duties.

Lost Items

• We always obtain proof of dispatch.  We will do everything to assist the customer in the tracing of lost items.  If the goods are deemed untraceable and accepted as lost by the carrier we will then replace the goods.

• This condition does not apply to customers that have requested 'unsigned' for deliveries.

Returns and Exchanges

• We are sure you will be delighted with your purchases from Wild Seed.  If however, you wish to return any items, for refund or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours and return the item(s) in the original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt, at your expense.

• Refunds will be made using the same method that payment was received i.e. credit/debit card, cheque or postal order.  Please note refunds will be minus the original delivery charge.

• Please obtain a proof of postage for any returns. 

• Wild Seed will not be responsible for returns that go missing.

• Items must be returned to Wild Seed 6 Friar's Walk, Muncastergate, York YO31 9AE.
  
• These terms do not affect your statutory rights.  English law applies to all purchases.

Damaged Goods

• If you deem your goods to be damaged - please contact us immediately to arrange the return of the goods and to arrange a full refund or exchange (minus delivery and handling charge).

• Refunds will be made using the same method that payment was received i.e. credit/debit card, cheque or postal order.
